Designed for accurate flow metering, Orifice Flanges clamp an orifice plate to create a measurable pressure drop. Featuring integrated pressure taps and available in RF, FF, and RTJ facings, they ensure reliable sealing under extreme conditions. Manufactured from Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and High-Performance Alloys (up to Class 2500), they are ideal for critical custody transfer and process monitoring applications

Designed to slide over a Stub End, Lap Joint Flanges rotate freely to simplify bolt hole alignment during installation. This design allows the use of lower-cost carbon steel flanges with expensive alloy stub ends, significantly reducing material costs. Ideal for systems requiring frequent disassembly or limited space, such as food processing and chemical lines. Available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Duplex.

Designed for systems where welding is prohibited, threaded flanges connect directly to externally threaded pipes. They ensure a secure, leak-resistant seal without hot work, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly. Available in Carbon and Stainless Steel, they are ideal for high-pressure, small-bore piping in hazardous or maintenance-heavy environments.

Socket Welding Flanges (SW) are designed for high-pressure, small-bore piping. The pipe inserts into the socket for a fillet weld, ensuring superior strength and leak resistance compared to slip-on flanges. Ideal for hazardous systems up to Class 1500 (PN100), they are widely used in petrochemical, power, and hydraulic applications. Available in sizes NPS 1/2" to 6" (DN15-DN150).

Blind Flanges (BL)

Slip-On Flanges (SO) are designed to slip over pipe ends for internal and external fillet welding. Their low-hub structure offers better rigidity than plate flanges at a lower cost. Ideal for low-to-medium pressure systems (PN≤2.5MPa), they are widely used in chemical, oil, and municipal engineering. Sizes range from 1/2" to 60", with custom options available.

High-strength Weld Neck Flanges designed for extreme pressure and temperature. Manufactured to ASME B16.5 & DIN standards with a tapered neck for superior stress distribution. Available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and exotic alloys for critical piping systems.
